Located in Avenida do Infante Dom Henrique, also known as Marginal Atlântica, so emblematic in Vila do Conde, the Marina Terrace condominium benefits from a privileged location and will rehabilitate and transform a vacant block in the Caxinas area, facing the sea in Vila do Conde, between Póvoa de Varzim marina and Nossa Senhora dos Navegantes Church. The promotion and construction of the enterprise, which represented an investment of 25 million euros, is the responsibility of the Adopthouse Group, from Vila Nova de Famalicão.
According to the project, authored by HMVN Arquitectos, the development is characterised by its contemporary architecture, with special emphasis on the large terraces with a panoramic view of the sea.
"The noble finishing materials and the high quality equipment will allow an experience of comfort and modernity of excellence", highlights Pedro Fernandes, commercial director of Medium real estate agency, exclusively responsible for the marketing and sales.
With a total of five floors, including the ground floor, Marina Terrace will have 34 premium two, three and four bedroom flats, ranging from 96.60 square metres to 342.10 square metres, and four commercial spaces ranging from 160 square metres to 400 square metres. On the fourth floor, which will be the highest floor, with the Atlantic Ocean on the horizon, the building will have four penthouses, with generous interior and exterior areas and differentiated finishes, including a jacuzzi.
According to the same official, "agency Medium has already sold 35 percent of the flats," which should start being inhabited by the end of 2024.
